Worship Wonders

Welcome to the Worship Wonders page! We are a group of ten pupils, representing all the children in school, who meet together to discuss, help plan and evaluate worship in our school and services at St Luke’s Church which we attend. We also think about ways in which we can be courageous advocates in school and have helped to organise projects like our Toilet Twinning and Plastic Polluction Projects. We want to do this because we want to be more like Jesus. We want to live by our Christian Values in our school and make a difference in our community and world. We share what we have talked about in our meetings with the rest of our classes so that everyone in school is involved.

Our team helps to plan and lead worships in school, both whole-school and class worships. We love working together and coming up with new ideas for worship. We recently welcomed our new Reception class into school, by presenting them with their own bible and praying for them. 

This year, we are going to be working on new ideas for our school reflection areas both inside and out. We will also celebrate school's 275th Anniversary, with interactive lessons and activities planned including a very special visit from the Bishop! 

We are proud to be Worship Wonders and look forward to the busy year ahead, working together to be God's disciples!
